How to remove your data from Tenue

Deleting everything

Email hello@tenue.ai from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We will delete your account, your closet, your imported photos, your style profile and any face data, and confirm when it is done.

Deleting part of it

• A connected Instagram account — disconnect it in the app; the stored credential is removed immediately and we stop all further access.
• Your face data — withdraw consent in the app and the stored representation is deleted.
• What we learned about your life — the profile built from your captions can be viewed and deleted on request.
• Individual photos or garments — delete them in the app at any time.

Instagram users

If you connected Instagram and want your data removed, either disconnect in the app or email hello@tenue.ai with your Instagram handle. Removing the Tenue app from your Instagram settings also revokes our access.
